By creating an account or using WatchUWatchin+ ("WUW+"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use WUW+.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use WUW+ on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
You keep ownership of the recommendations, reactions, and other content you create. You grant us the license needed to store it and show it to the friends you share it with, so the app can function.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on WUW+. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.
You can report content or a user, and block any user, from their profile in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — including removing content and terminating accounts — within 24 hours of a report. By using WUW+ you consent to this moderation.
Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, scrape or overload the service, or use it to spam. Don't misrepresent who you are.
You may delete your account any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Title, poster, and cast information comes from third-party providers (TMDB, Apple, TheTVDB) and belongs to their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
WUW+ is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
